Hi,I’m Lauren

I’m Lauren O’Connor, a Los Angeles–based registered dietitian, certified yoga instructor, and writer. I help people nourish their bodies and bring balance to their lives.

My own journey with GERD reshaped how I view health. What began as a personal struggle grew into a passion for guiding others toward healing—through evidence-based nutrition, yoga practices, and simple recipes that support both body and mind.

I also develop recipes, write cookbooks, and create wellness content that makes healthy living practical and enjoyable. As a mom of twin girls who share my love of cooking, I know how important it is to keep food nourishing, flexible, and family-friendly.

I believe wellness is holistic: what we eat, how we move, and the way we breathe all work together. My goal is to help you find your own rhythm of health—sustainable, nourishing, and deeply supportive.
